This is as the worst place I have ever been to. I don’t think it’s right to charge full price for half the service. They must have sprayed her down with a perfume of some sort because the hair that was cut off smelled “fresh” enough. I smelled my dog and sure enough she smelled filthy. I get home and shave off more than half the length and noticed my fingers were extremely oily and almost sticky. So I was already a little upset that her hair wasn’t short and now I had to get home and finish the job. I asked to go as short as possible because my dog gets dirty fast. When I got in the car I noticed my dogs hair is still pretty long. I was a little confused why she would ask her that but didn’t think about it again. When I first arrived to pick up my dog the receptionist asked the groomer if she should charge me full price. They initially told me it would take an hour if not a bit longer but they called me about 30 minutes later to say she was ready. Do yourself a favor never ever take your dog there, the new employees are soooo rude and the owner just sits there while the employee talks down and unprofessional to people.Īt first I didn’t want to leave a review if it was bad but honestly I feel ripped off and I think others should be aware of how things are done at this groomers. But, wow the audacity for them to lie about my Husky biting the bather and the rudeness and unprofessional remarks said in front of the owner who did absolutely nothing. I was a customer for quite some time with my daughters Yorkie and my Husky. I then responded that I never ever had a problem with Angel or Christina who no longer work there. So, I was told by an employee in front of the owner that if I want my Husky to be groomed by them I must have my Husky sedated.
So I left and about 15 minutes after I get a phone call that my Husky bit the bather.
So, I phoned Bow Wow Wow and was told to bring my Husky back a few days after, I was told by the owner that they would take care of my Husky and correct the issue of not grooming him correctly. I took my Husky to get groomed and when I was called to pick my Husky up as I was walking back home I noticed that my Husky was not combed out it seemed as if they only bathe him and that’s it.
